Happy Homemaker Monday August 13,2018

We had such a wonderful week last week! I absolutely can not wait to tell you guys all about in a post later in the week! However I can truly say that I believe the best medicine for the heart are days spent by the sea with friends.
I am linking up with Sandra over at Diary of a Stay at Home Mom.
Join in on the fun by following the link below.

Weather*
Well after a week spent at the coast... I am not sure my heart is ready for the week ahead, Things seem cooler by water lol!  Any one else ready for the cooler weather of fall?

Breakfast Whats On The Plate:
A bowl of special K and some OJ this morning.
I have a early medical test so I thought I would save my coffee till I get back.

On my reading pile:
I began a new devotional while we were away! I am in love!

On My TV:
Law and Order SVU
Not much more than that right now....

On The Menu This Week :

Monday: Biscuits and Gravy
Tuesday: Grilled herb chicken, rice, and green beans
Wednesday:Chicken Burgers and tater tots
Thursday: Pancakes and bacon
Our week is kinda up in the air,,,, I am really wiped out so the easier the better this week!

On My To Do List:
Dr appointments
laundry
I have some photos to take
blog post
work on a short story

What am I sewing or loom knitting:
I have been working on loom knitting some dish clothes. I have been out of town so I haven't been sewing.

Looking around the house:
Its actually in really good shape... We cleaned well before we left to go to the coast! So it was nice to come home knowing that everything is n order.

From the camera:
This was the view we had last week! Bulls Bay, Columbia NC

One of my simple pleasures:
Listening to my hubby share the word of God.... I am so proud to be his wife!

Favorite quote for the week:

On my prayer list:
Praying for my sweet hubby as her returns to Soundside Baptist Church for another night of revival tomorrow! I pray God continues to set the hearts of the people on fire in Columbia NC. I am praying that the breathing test I have done this morning will give us answers we have been searching for. Praying for our church and its members! I have a very heavy heart for our country.

I can not thank you enough for stopping by and sharing apart of your day with me! I pray your week is filled with blessings!
